About Omaha Sports Network

In 2023, knowing what’s happening in a particular high school athletics department, each particular team, unique athletes, is required to understand the high school sports landscape, currents and events shaping Nebraska sports.

The Nebraska Sports Network and Omaha Sports Network are hyper local high school sports websites dedicated to tracking each high school in the state of Nebraska.

We are in the first generation of aggregating and distributing high school sports information at a hyper local level for the communities they serve.

The Nebraska Sports Network and Omaha Sports Network provides curated headlines with links to stories about current high school news, information and events in the Nebraska. We operate websites and mobile applications, each “Digital Properties”. We provide information to the public and digital advertising space to our “Media Buyers” who are advertisers and other ad partners looking to distribute relevant ad content on our Digital Properties. We display relevant online advertising to end users (“End Users”) who interact with our Digital Properties.

Aggregation & Curation

The Nebraska Sports Network and Omaha Sports Network accomplishes this the only way possible: by aggregating, curating and linking to high school sports news, information and events from all around Nebraska.

Spotlighting the posts of athletic directors, coaches, athletes and the high school sports landscape from across the web and social media provides the only effective means of offering a comprehensive view of Nebraska high school sports. By doing this well, we spare readers the impossible task of monitoring an abundance of news sites, tweets, posts and status updates.

We work with athletic directors, coaches, athletes, parents, grandparents, etc., to capture and curate the hyper local high school sports news, information and events important to their respective communities, athletes and families.

We also work with high school journalism departments: newspapers and yearbook staffs. By grabbing the headlines of their hard reporting and leading you back to their core web properties to read what they’ve reported and written we hope to increase their visitors and impressions leading to sponsorships and advertisements that will empower them to fund their current journalistic endeavors and take their efforts to the next level.
