Watch as Coach Andy Bronkema explains, and players demonstrate this system shooting warmup drill. The drill starts with fast break shooting with rip drives, jab steps, catch and shoot, then shot fakes. The players move on to RBI (rebound & bring it) and will progress to post-feed shooting and coming off screens (cuts).
